Operating Regulations
Last updated: 20 June 2026

This is a translation provided so you can read the policy in your own language. EddyTrip is a Vietnamese company and the Vietnamese version of this document is the one that legally applies. If the two differ, the Vietnamese text governs.

These Operating Regulations describe how the EddyTrip website and app work: who operates them, what is sold through them, how an order is placed and confirmed, and what each party is responsible for. They are published under Decree 52/2013/ND-CP on e-commerce, as amended by Decree 85/2021/ND-CP.

1. Who operates this platform

The EddyTrip website (eddytrip.com) and the EddyTrip app are operated by EDDYTRIP TRADING SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ EDDYTRIP), business registration number 1702361400, registered office at Tổ khu phố Cửa Lấp, Phường Dương Tơ, Đặc khu Phú Quốc, Tỉnh An Giang, Vietnam. Legal representative: Lê Thị Kim Hoa (Director).

Contact: legal@eddytrip.com for legal and privacy matters, support@eddytrip.com for help with an order, hello@eddytrip.com for refunds and cancellations.

2. What is sold here

EddyTrip sells travel eSIM data plans directly, and lists travel services supplied by third parties — attraction tickets, day tours, vehicle rentals, rides, accommodation and flights — as those suppliers are onboarded.

Where a service is supplied by a third party, EddyTrip acts as the intermediary that takes your booking and payment. The supplier performs the service and its own terms apply alongside ours. The supplier is named on the product page and on your order before you pay.

A service shown as "Coming soon" cannot be bought yet. It is displayed so you can see what the platform will cover, and no payment is taken for it.

3. Who may use the platform

You may buy through EddyTrip if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you buy on behalf of other travellers, you confirm you are authorised to do so and you are responsible for the information you give us about them.

An account is created with your email address and a one-time code. There is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.

4. How an order is placed

1. You choose a product and see its price in Vietnamese dong, including all taxes and fees payable to EddyTrip, before any payment step.

2. You enter the details the product needs — for an eSIM, an email address and travel start date; for a booking, the traveller details the supplier requires.

3. You review the full order on a confirmation screen. Until you confirm, you can go back and change or cancel anything you have entered.

4. You pay through one of the methods in our Payment Policy. Payment is taken by a licensed payment intermediary, not by EddyTrip directly.

5. We confirm the order by email and in your account. The contract is formed when that confirmation is sent.

5. If an order cannot be accepted

We may decline an order where the price or product description shown was clearly wrong, where the supplier can no longer perform the service, where identity verification required for a service has not been completed, or where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or unlawful.

If we decline an order after you have paid, the full amount is returned to the payment method you used. Nothing is retained.

6. Our obligations

To publish accurate product, price and supplier information, and to correct it promptly when it is wrong.

To take payment only through licensed payment intermediaries, and never to store your full card number.

To deliver or arrange the service you paid for as described in our Delivery and Service Provision Policy.

To handle complaints under our Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy, and to protect your personal data under our Privacy Policy and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

7. Your obligations

To give accurate information when you order, including the email address the eSIM QR code or booking voucher is sent to. We cannot recover an order sent to an address you mistyped.

To use the platform lawfully, and not to interfere with it, resell access to it, or extract its content in bulk.

To read the refund rules for the product you are buying before you pay. They differ by product, and they are linked from every order.

8. Governing documents

These Regulations sit alongside our Terms and Conditions, General Trading Conditions, Payment Policy, Delivery and Service Provision Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where this document and a more specific policy differ, the more specific policy applies to that subject.

These Regulations are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
